The Australian Trade Remedies Commission (ATRC) recommended adjusting anti-dumping (AD) measures on steel reinforcing bar (rebar) exported by Indonesian producer PT The Master Steel Manufactory (Master Steel). In a final report released October 1, 2026, the commission determined a 0% dumping margin for Master Steel, lower than the 9.3% duty rate applied to other exporters.
