Indian Rebar Strengthens Amid Shifting Cost Dynamics

India’s rebar market has seen firmer sentiment during the week as higher direct reduced iron (DRI) and scrap prices lent support to offers, although finished steel prices have not risen by as much as metallics. Primary rebar prices are assessed at around INR 49,000-52,000/tonne ($512-543/t) in the traders’ market.
