Largo Stock Rises After Debt Restructuring Extends Maturity

Largo Inc (TSX:LGO) (NASDAQ:LGO) shares rose 3.8% in after-hours trading Thursday following the announcement that the company restructured approximately $82.2 million in debt, extending the maturity date to March 2030. The vanadium producer and its Brazilian subsidiary, Largo Vanádio de Maracás S.A., entered into a binding term sheet with five commercial banks to restructure outstanding debt originally due in September 2026.
