According to website information of Hunan Haili High-tech Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“Haili Group” for short) on January 9, the company recently received a document from State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People’s Government on vanadium exploration rights transfer, which agreed to transfer two vanadium mining exploration rights held by Hunan Development Group Mining Development Co., Ltd. to Haili Group for free. As reported, the two exploration rights above mentioned come from the largest vanadium mine in Asia, Yantouzhai vanadium mine in Guzhang County, Xiangxi Prefecture, Hunan, which has proved to have more than 3 million tons of vanadium pentoxide resources.
