In spite of several transactions at lows, the  manufacturers are unable to estimate their cost and the buyers keep forcing down the prices and remain cautious.  In terms of steel mills, they also continue asking for lower prices, and now vanadium-nitrogen bidding price on low end is as low as 279000 rmb/ton (acceptance, tax inclusive), and ferrovanadium is about 190000 rmb/ton (acceptance, tax insclusive).
