China, U.S. start talks in Washington

On 30-31 January, the new round of Sino-U.S. senior-level economic and trade talk was held in Washington. Liu He, member of CPC Central Committee Political Bureau, Vice Premier and chief representative of Sino-U.S. comprehensive economic dialogue, and U.S. representatives joined the negotiation.
