Australian Vanadium Appoints Jo Gaines As Non-executive Director As TMT Merger Is Implemented

Australian Vanadium Ltd (ASX:AVL, OTCQB:ATVVF) has appointed Jo Gaines to its board as a non-executive director.

The appointment follows last September’s proposed merger between Australian Vanadium and Technology Metals Australia Ltd (ASX:TMT, OTC:TMAUF), which has now been implemented, with Australian Vanadium acquiring 100% of the shares in TMT.
