A laboratory composite cathode combining polyethylene glycol-derived carbon with multi-walled carbon nanotubes delivered 127.2 mAh g−1 after 200 cycles at a rate of 1 C, according to a materials study in the Journal of Materials Science. The optimized Li3V2(PO4)3/C-0.002M electrode retained 95.47% of its initial reversible capacity of 133.24 mAh g−1.
