Largo Inc. announces that it has entered into definitive agreements for the purchase and sale of 10,200,000 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) and warrants to purchase up to 10,200,000 Common Shares (“Warrants”) at a purchase price of US$0.56 per Common Share and accompanying Warrant in a registered direct offering (the “Offering”) for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$5.7 million.
