Critical Minerals Group (ASX:CMG) has appointed COO Pat Kelly as interim CEO from 1 September following the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Scott Winter. Winter is leaving after about three years to become CEO of BTP, a business recently acquired from Perenti (ASX:PRN).
