The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) on November 4, 2022 voted to make the first sunset anti-dumping review and affirmative final determination of industrial injury on ferrovanadium imported from South Korea and determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of ferrovanadium from South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of these products from South Korea will remain in place. All five members of USITC voted in the affirmative in this ruling.
