Uranium American Resources, formerly known as Tonogold Resources, has finalised a strategic rebrand by changing its ticker symbol on the US OTCBB market from TNGL to UARI. The company is also currently settling a deal to buy low-risk United States uranium and vanadium projects to complete its transformation into a clean energy mineral player.
