Where is V2O5 flake amid high-priced vanadium market?

www.ferroalloynet.com: Three major manufacturers of V2O5 flake (Tranvic, Jianlong and Desheng) have very few spot cargoes and suspend quotation. Other manufacturers, such as Liaoning Hongjing, Zhejiang Yudian and Jinzhou Jixin, supply according to the signed orders (the latest selling price of 380000 rmb/ton), and don’t sign orders at present this month. Few traders have dozens of tons of V2O5 flake but they give no offers and don’t want to sell as the future market is seen bullish.
