BEIJING (Asian Metal) 29 Aug 18 – Hunan Valin LY Steel Co., Ltd. opened bidding starting on August 28 to purchase 10t of ferrovanadium with the delivery to be made on September 30, 2018.
The bidding was closed on August 28.
