Vanadium pentoxide powder is trading mainly at 300000 rmb/ton, while the offering prices have moved up to 310000 rmb/ton. Some producers want to hold their stocks, waiting for the higher price in the future. Chemical grade V2O5 powder 98% is relatively quieter and is trading at about 280000 rmb/ton.High price and short supply of vanadium pentoxide impact the consumers (the manufacturers of ferrovanadium and vanadium-nitrogen) greatly, and some of them have reduced 30% of production amid the supply shortage of raw materials.
