Prophecy Submits Plan for Vanadium Mine

Prophecy Development Corp. (TSX:PCY, OTCQX:PRPCF, Forum) announced Wednesday that it has submitted its plans for open pit mining operations and processing facilities to extract and recover vanadium from its Gibellini Project. The Company stated there is 15.7 million tons of ore material containing 120.5 million pounds of vanadium in the mine.
