Outa welcomes Eskom business model review

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) has welcomed Eskom’s decision to review its business model.
The organisation believes this will pave the way for growth and could reduce the price of electricity.
The utility has begun a series of interactions with stakeholders, known as Strategy 2035.
It’s believed this arises from a directive Minister of Public Enterprises, Pravin Gordhan gave the Eskom board to find solutions to its financial crisis.
