Jingye Iron & Steel announces VN alloy bidding result

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 4 Jul 18 – Hebei Jingye Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. completed bidding to purchase 10t of vanadium-nitrogen alloy with the final purchasing price of RMB410,000/t (USD80.11/kg V) delivered D/P, up sharply by RMB135,000/t (USD26.38/kg V) from last purchase, fully in line with market expectations, bringing a boost for the price increase in the vanadium market once again.
The company last purchased 20t of vanadium-nitrogen alloy at RMB275,000/t (USD53.73/kg V) delivered D/P on May 8.
