In 2018, the company strategically invested in Guangdong Sunive Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sunive Intelligent”), a pioneer of lithium battery automated production equipment manufacturers holding 21.05% of the shares. Recently, it has signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Zhangjiagang Detai Energy Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Detai Energy Storage”). In the spirit of cooperation of “mutual reciprocity, mutual benefit, stability and efficiency”, the two parties will give full play to their respective resource advantages and jointly develop, produce and sell all-vanadium redox flow battery equipment series products and ancillary products.
