Cost Support, Quotations of Vanadium Alloy Increased
Today’s quotation summary of domestic vanadium products: ammonium metavanadate is 100,000-101,000 CNY/Ton, retail V2O5 flake is 104,000-105,000 CNY/Ton, ferrovanadium is 114,000-115,000 CNY/Ton, and vanadium-nitrogen alloy is 157,000-159,000 CNY/Ton, all prices are in cash including tax.
There is no adjustment for domestic vanadium price today. In the past two days, the raw material market has shown a positive upward trend, and the quotations have risen. It is difficult to purchase retail V2O5 flake below 104,000 CNY/Ton and ammonium metavanadate below 100,000 CNY/Ton in cash, while downstream alloy factories are not enthusiastic about inquiries, waiting for the pricing of large V2O5 flake manufacturers. Under the support of cost, the quotations of alloy factories have been slightly raised. Most vanadium-nitrogen alloy factories are reluctant to sell at low prices and do not offer prices for the time being. Some manufacturers give offer prices at 157,000-159,000 CNY/Ton in cash; northern ferrovanadium factories give offers at 114,000-115,000 CNY/Ton, and the follow-up of retail transactions is insufficient.
