After the Mid-Autumn Festival, the tenders of steel mills are in full swing. Steel mills are inquiring actively and more of them are looking for the factories to arrange the orders for October. Amid the chaotic prices, most manufacturers make it clear to provide no goods for the traders, in order to stabilize the market. With the high price of raw materials, the output of the small-scale factories is restrained and the traders face more difficulty on procurement. In terms of quotations, ones of manufacturers may be not lower than those of traders.
