August vanadium products operating rate and output analysis

Amid the continued supply concerns, the operating rate of raw materials had slight change and the prices remained high. Downstream consumers mostly produced according the signed orders. The output in recent two months remained stable, but the middlemen faced the difficutly in procurement due to the low level of inventories.
